Ordering and Payment

Q. How to purchase my order on the site?
A : To order your purchase :-

  1. Fill up all details : Delivery Date, Delivery Time, Candles Quantity, Name on Cake, Cake Knife , Message on card. 
  2. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  3. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  4. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  5. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  6. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  7. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  8. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  9. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.

 

Q. How do i know if my order and payment has been successfully went through. 

A : All successful order will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Do check your junk/spam mail box if it's not in your inbox. 


Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
A : Yes,  for any changes or cancellation to your order you must write to us with at least 48 hours of advance notice. We will not be able to make changes or cancellation if notice given is lesser than 48 hours. 

- Please send an email to our customers service email at hsinena@hotmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

 

Product and Storage

Q. Will plastic knife and candles provided for the cake?
A : Yes, you can request for cake knife and candles quantity upon place order.

 

Q. How long can i keep my cake?
A : As all our products do not contain preservative, thus it is best to consume within the day the products received and it only can keep refrigerated (0 - 4 °C) for maximum 3 days. 

 

Q. Do you provide personalised message on cake?
A : No. We only help to write Name on cake, we do not provide personalised message on cake. But we do provide message on a card. Please enter your message at the box upon place order. 

 

Delivery

Q. Do Just You Dessert Cafe deliver to nationwide?
A : Currently our delivery area is limited to Klang, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Jenjarom and Banting. You can check out our Delivery Area and Delivery Fee Here. Delivery Time is from 11am - 5pm. While Pick up is available at Klang Parade Outlet from 11am - 9pm. 

 

Q. Do you do same day delivery ?
A : Yes, but same day delivery only valid for Ready Stock Products and you have to place order before 2pm and please place order at least 4 hours before the delivery time. While other products need pre-order 3 days in advance. 

 

Dietary & Allergy

Q. Are your cakes halal? or contains alcohol?
A : We are using all halal ingredients and we do not use alcohol in our products. 

 

Q. Allergic to nuts? Which dessert is suitable for me ?
A : All our products are made in a kitchen which handles nuts. Thus we do not recommend our products if you are allergic to nuts as they may contain traces. 

 

General

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

A: Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

A:

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
A : All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia
